Beschreibung HERKUNFT UND ERNTEZEIT Yunnan, Lincang, Zhenkang, 2023 CHARAKTER A younger sheng puer tea with honeyed, nectar-like, fruity aroma. Despite its age, thanks to Taiwanese storage it has already lost its raw, astringent edge; the brew is exceptionally harmonious and full-bodied. Its fragrance and taste resonate beautifully, and the rich aftertaste that unfolds completes the experience. The liquor is clear and dense, with no lack of strength. Even after the very first cup its effect can be felt: refreshing and aiding concentration. Zhenkang County, near the Burmese border, has unique natural conditions that give its sheng pu-erh teas a distinctive character. The tea gardens lie in high-mountain terrain, above 1,500–2,000 meters. The rocky, stony slopes and alpine environment impart a pronounced mineral quality, a complex aromatic profile, and an intense fragrance. The liquor is dense and concentrated, with sweet overtones of honey, nectar, and white-fleshed fruits. A subtle resinous, sandalwood note adds depth and weight in a pleasing way, making the brew even richer. The aftertaste is floral and long-lasting. Following the principle of “less is more,” there is no need to overuse it. At a ratio of 4–5g tea per 100ml gaiwan, with 30-second infusions, it can be steeped 7–8 times at around 90 °C. BENEFITS Geistige Energie, Anregend, Fruchtig, Aromatisch, Komplex, Kulturelle Erfahrung, Stark, Berggeschmack, Waldgeschmack, Wildteegeschmack DOSIERUNGS- UND BRÜHLEITFADEN According to the traditional Gongfucha tea ceremony, use 5g of tea for 1,5-2 dl of water (85-90°C), and infuse 10-12 times for 30 seconds.
