Beschreibung HERKUNFT UND ERNTEZEIT Yunnan, Simao, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, 2010 CHARAKTER Tightly compressed and therefore slow to mature, this tea is made mostly of larger leaves with only a few buds. Thanks to the higher humidity of Taiwanese storage, it has developed a pleasantly aged flavor despite its firmness. In the first few infusions, smoky notes dominate, making it especially suitable for those who don't mind a touch of smokiness. As the steeps progress, the tea softens, revealing raw walnut and dried apricot nuances, gradually unfolding into a truly unique, swirling, and captivating flavor profile. The liquor is not lacking in strength either, with each sip bringing an ever-widening smile to the face. BENEFITS Long Hui Gan, süß, pfirsichartig, fruchtig, nicht sauer, zart, ausgleichend, nicht stark STRENGTH 6/10 DOSIERUNGS- UND BRÜHLEITFADEN A) According to the traditional gongfucha tea ceremony, after a "hot bath", brew it several times at 90°C, with 20 second infusions. Use 6-8g of tea for 150-200 ml water.
