Beschreibung HERKUNFT UND ERNTEZEIT Yunnan, 2022 CHARAKTER The gong ting shu puerh represents the finest and most sophisticated style among fast-fermented teas. It is composed primarily of tiny buds and very young leaves. The strands are short and even, dark brown to black in color, often with golden bud tips. Both dry and infused, it shows a clean, classic shu character. The flavor is full and deep, with earthy, cocoa-like and lightly nutty notes, often accompanied by chocolate and malty nuances. Thanks to the high proportion of buds, the taste is rounder and smoother and free from raw or earthy notes. The tea produces a very dark, almost black liquor even with short infusions. Its texture is dense and oily, with a warm, long-lasting finish. A powerful tea with a particularly warming effect.
