Beschreibung HERKUNFT UND ERNTEZEIT Yunnan, Lincang, Mengku, Bing Dao, 2023 CHARAKTER Like all Bing Dao teas, this is exceptionally refined, with a fermented pear aroma, honeyed sweetness, and a dense, full-bodied liquor. It has an energizing, mood-lifting effect and a nice body feel. Each sip carries the warmth of Yunnan sunshine and the rising breath of lush forests. Rich and weighty in aroma, complex and sweet, lifts us high but slowly.  The surroundings of the village of Bing Dao “Iceland” (or more precisely two villages, Bing Dao Lao Zhai and Bing Dai Xin Zhai) sources the most expensive Lincang sheng puer, such as the mao cha, which is one of the most valuable pressed cake resource in Yunnan. Bing Dao ShanBing Dao is a renowned tea-growing region in Lincang, Yunnan, situated on the western slopes of Mengku at elevations of around 1,600–2,000 meters. Its old tea trees grow in a cool, misty environment with rich, well-drained soils and strong day and night temperature shifts. The sheng puerh is known for a distinctive balance of honeyed sweetness, soft texture, and elegant, lingering fragrance. Bing Dao teas are often noted for their sweetness and uplifting energy. DOSIERUNGS- UND BRÜHLEITFADEN 5-8 Gramm in 150 - 200 ml Wasser geben. Bei 85-90°C 30-60 Sekunden lang bis zu 8-10 Mal aufgießen.
