This is one of two commemorative cakes that celebrates that founding. A premium blend of Ripened Pu-erh has been fermented and blended in the traditional manner. The raw material for this cake is entirely Menghai spring tea. fermented in the summer and pressed in the early fall of 2005. The Raw cake that accompanies it is composed entirely of Yi Wu material.
