Description The Law Tactical Folding Stock Adapter allows you to turn your AR-15 into a folding stock/brace rig. Perfect for compressing your rifle or pistol down to a smaller more compact system in less than one second!  Deployment is just as quick.  Simply swing your stock open and begin laying down fire.  For those of us that have operated in vehicles, we know that standard AR’s can be a pain in the ass due to their length.  Law Tactical has come up with a solution.  For SBR’s and AR pistols, it really shines, allowing you to store your weapon in a backpack, laptop bag, between the seat of a side by side, or personal vehicle.  It is designed to work with standard gas impingement systems or gas piston systems.    You can use any A2 stock , M4 stock, or pistol buffer tube as well.  It’s also compatible with all standard BCG’s to include full-auto rated, 308 BCG’s, and pistol caliber BCG’s with a removable weight in the rear.  The single button operation is as simple as you can imagine.   The Law Tactical is made of solid American steel to ensure a secure fit, and extremely long life.  Don’t buy the Aluminum knock off, they will sag and bend within a few operations of use.  This Gen3M model features a lowered hinge to prevent interference when charging the weapon, and a set screw to keep the adapter affixed to the receiver.  The tension on the hinge is adjustable so that you can choose how tight or loose the hinge action is.  Included in the package is a special bolt carrier extension (no tools required to insert of remove).  This model uses a standard buffer retainer pin & spring.  Ionbond DLC coated.
