Beschreibung HERKUNFT UND ERNTEZEIT China, Fujian, 2025 CHARAKTER Ginseng (Renshen, man root) Oolong is a very popular Chinese (and Taiwanese, and Korean…) tea speciality with a spicy-sweet flavour. Lightly fermented tea leaves rolled into dumplings are blended with powdered ginseng (and a small amount of liquorice root). This tea, made from good quality, beautiful leaves, is well balanced, the sweet and fresh green flavours complementing each other harmoniously. In Asia, ginseng is a revitalising panacea, a powerful heart tonic, liver protector, immune system booster and even looks like a miniature replica of the human body. Often used to boost physical and mental stamina, it strengthens resistance and gives a boost to overcome fatigue. Ginseng Oolong tea is not a mystery to be solved, thanks to the sweet taste of ginseng and the very full, spicy aroma and sweet flavour of the herb mentioned above. Even when dry, it has an extremely sweet, strong, almost concentrated aroma, as if you were sniffing some special, overripe William's pear liqueur. When brewed, it has a lingeringly rich flavour, excitingly evolving, very sweet, in fact the sweetest tea that can be consumed on its own, without sugar. The promisingly spicy and exotic smell of the brew suggests that this is more than just tea, it is something delicious to spice up an afternoon (the real ginseng roots in the picture are for decoration only, not to be added to the tea ::)) BENEFITS Fröhlicher Tee, Süß, Reichhaltig, Verbessert die Stimmung, Leicht zu trinken, Leicht zuzubereiten STRENGTH-CAFF: 5/10 DOSIERUNGS- UND BRÜHLEITFADEN A) Traditionell in einer Gaiwan/Ton-Teekanne: 3-5 Gramm 150-200 ml Wasser.
